At Homeless Evolution, we are committed to providing safe, supported accommodation for those who need it most. If you or someone you know is homeless or at risk of homelessness, our facility on North Road, Cardiff, offers a welcoming space to rebuild lives. Who We Support

Our supported accommodation scheme is open to:

  • Age Group: Individuals aged 21 to 65.
  • Gender: Both male and female applicants are welcome.
  • Homeless Status: Those who are currently homeless, at risk of homelessness or have experienced homelessness.
  • Support Needs: Applicants must require short-term supported housing and may be facing challenges related to:
    • Mental health issues.
    • Substance misuse, including previous drug and/or alcohol addiction.

Accommodation Details

Our facility located on North Road, Cardiff, provides:

  • Sole Occupancy: A private room within shared accommodation.
  • Capacity: A total of 7 bed spaces, designed for individuals in need of focused support.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be eligible to claim housing benefit.
  • Require short-term supported housing to regain stability and independence.
