SUPPORT FOR ADULTS IN CARDIFF
Supported Housing and Accommodation in Cardiff
A stable place to live, personalised housing-related support and practical steps towards greater independence.
OUR HOUSING MODEL
Safe housing is the foundation
We provide supported accommodation to adults who need help establishing or maintaining stable housing. Support is centred on residents’ assessed housing-related needs, with clear goals and regular contact.
Residents are encouraged to take an active role in day-to-day living and building the skills to sustain accommodation. Referral suitability and current availability are assessed individually.
Housing stability
Understanding housing responsibilities, daily routines, maintaining a room and shared living expectations.
Practical everyday support
Budgeting, benefits correspondence, getting online, accessing appointments and finding appropriate advice.
Community and independence
Engaging with specialist services, building confidence and preparing for future housing options.
